When you refer a qualified professional and we successfully place them on a contract assignment, you earn referral rewards for every eligible billable hour they work. The longer they remain on assignment, the more you earn. Rewards are calculated based on eligible billable hours and paid quarterly, creating a recurring income stream while your referral continues their assignment.
Whether your referral works 500 hours or 5,000 hours, the rewards continue.
How It Works
