Our Story
A Purpose Born Through Adversity
After more than 25 years in workforce solutions, our founder, Greg Hewett, believed his career had come to an end following the COVID-19 pandemic. During that time, he dedicated himself to mission work, helping build churches, schools, and supporting medical outreach in underserved communities.
Then, on Christmas Day 2022, Greg's 17-year-old nephew, Evan Hewett, tragically lost his life after unknowingly taking fentanyl disguised as another medication.
That heartbreaking loss became the catalyst for something greater. Mission Workforce Solutions was created as a company where success would be measured not only by growth, but by lives impacted, communities served, and opportunities created.
